Intuitive Readings- Yes, I’m an intuitive and it’s legit! I do practice differently than other intuitive and psychics though, as I do not tell you what to do or communicate with anyone on your behalf. Instead, you, the client, are centered in every reading and YOU are taught the tools to open yourself up to the information that you seek. I do NOT utilize this skillset in other modalities unless the client has given me explicit permission to do so.

Kat! What is the difference between consultations and coaching?
Great question! Consultations involve mentoring and instruction. I will share resources, teach skills, and make suggestions. Coaching is completely client lead, and I will use my own skillset to help the client connect to their own awareness and solutions. Both are useful!Think of Energy Management Consultations as zooming out to embrace the spiritual perspective and find clarity. Coaching zooms inward for the same purposes.
